Your information, handled with care

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you share in the form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), event details (date, type, guest count, venue ZIP code, indoor/outdoor setting) and anything you write in the notes. If you contact us by email, phone or social media, we receive what you send us there.

How we use it

• To reply to your quote request and plan your event with you
• To deliver, set up and pick up your rentals
• To send you a copy of your quote and booking details

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything unrelated to your event.

Who helps us handle it

Our website runs on Vercel (hosting) and our emails are delivered by Resend. Both process your information only to provide those services for us. Standard server logs (like IP addresses) may be kept briefly by our hosting provider for security.

Cookies & tracking

Our site doesn’t use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. Your quote is built right on the page and nothing about it is stored until you choose to send it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and booking records as long as we need them to serve you and meet ordinary business and tax obligations. If you’d like your information removed sooner, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask us anytime to see, correct or delete the information we have about you. Email marigoldrentalco@gmail.com or call or text (309) 310-4827, and we’ll take care of it.

Children

Our website is meant for adults planning events. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date at the top.
